I've tried two of the paths John included in his posting and both
came back with the report "uwmcsd4!john1233... User unknown" so
this is the only route I have:

I'd like to try the rybbs but need to get it connected to COM3:
where my internal modem is configured. Is this available, either
with a modified version or perhaps a patch to the distributed
package?
