I am collecting data on existing and future devices for securing
high-speed IP networks (LAN and WAN).  Though our main interest
is encryption of data crossing non-secure phone circuits (DS0
thru DS3) in a wide-area research networks, however, other issues
are of concern.

Please send pointers, information and any comments directly to me.
I will provide a summary of responses to the network.
