If that isn't enough, try x-set-font and use a smaller font that can fit more characters in the same acreage - sailr6 is good for that, if not for readability. You'll still be constrained by MScreenWidth and MScreenLength in src/config.h. The default is 300 for each. If you need to look at something bigger than that, you'll have to recompile Emacs.
