I have been able to get them copied over to our UNIX system which is connected to our LaserWriters and QPS-800's by serial ports. I append to this font definition some text that findfont's and setfont's these and then prints some text. If I lpr this to the PostScript printer nothing happens. Now the file that I lpr does begin with a PS comment. Why does nothing happen? There are lots of control D's and also when I look at the font definition, I see a lot of PS keywords run together with no blanks.. What am I doing wrong, what more should I do... I have heard that downloading from a mac adds some more PS to the font definition. If so, is that what I am missing? What is it that gets added? Thanks Prof. Daniel M.
