	Does anyone know what a GIF file is? I recently got a couple of
GIF files and have an executable convert to postscript, but do not know
what the file format is.  I want to convert the pictures to Sun
rasterfiles, so I don't have to print them to look at them.

	Please send me mail or leave a message on this group if you can
help me. No one here at the University of Pittsburgh computing labs
seems to know anything about it.
