As far as I know, there is nothing to prevent the use of the sun version of malloc with Oregon C++. You may have to pick it up specifically in the link, but that's easy to do. If you can't do this, it is definately a bug, since it is supposed to work that way. I should know, I wrote the thing and if it isn't compatible it should be fixed.
