I've written to Harwell a few times to get a distribution tape, but have
not heard back.  Does anyone know whether there's a source for these
routines in the U.S.?  Most of them are freely available for non-commercial
use.

(I've been using their VA09A optimization routine for years, but we've 
modified it in-house, and no longer have the original....)
