I am trying to obtain a free Oberon compiler for academic use only.  I 
would like to get both the compiler and reference manual(s) if possible.
Does anyone have any sources for me?  FTP distribution and 
LaTex (preferable) or troff format for the manuals would be greatly
appreciated!
