If this isn't your area, could you please forward it to the correct person?) Hello. We are using your Mac/IP program here at UCSC and it has been working out quite well. We do, however, have a few IBM PC users here who would like to be able to use the capabilities of our LocalTalk network also. We have been using TOPS FlashCards (and TOPS NetPrint software) to allow printing over LocalTalk. Apparently, NCSA makes a version of Telnet that works on the IBM PC, but requires Ethernet connections and will not work over LocalTalk/AppleTalk. Ethernet connections are too costly and unfeasible at the present time, and LocalTalk fills this gap quite nicely. Do you have or know of a method of using an IBM PC with a TOPS FlashCard (or even an Apple-brand AppleTalk card) to communicate over LocalTalk via Telnet? Your help is GREATLY appreciated....
