UUNET is the exception:  they do NOT carry the backbone moderator's aliases.
:-( [I'd guess that att also doesn't have them now, due to their antisocial
mail policy.]  The move is not yet complete, I'll let everyone know when it's
operational.  In the meantime, try gatech or some other backbone.
