My low level character found a Star-Gem in some random (non-astral plane)
location.  It was used, and doing so set the COMPLETED_ASTRAL variable.
This appears to be incorrect behavior.  Either:
1) guarentee that the Star-Gem can ONLY be found in the astral plane.
2) the COMPLETED_ASTRAL variable should be set by actually reaching the
   court of the Prime Sorceror.

P.S. Does anyone know how I can change my save file so that I can enter
the astral plane??
