I just got off the phone with a recording at the Transactor office here in
TO.  Quoting as well as my failing memory allows, here is what it said:

"Due to conditions beyond our control we are unable to produce a magazine
at the present time.  This condition will exist until such time as we are
able to find a buyer or additional funding.  Please have faith..."

This is disappointing news to everybody I'm sure.  So who of you will be
a hero and buy them out?
