Most genlocks force the system to run in Genlock mode even when their
selector switch or whatever is set in the "computer only" mode.  The way
the Amiga software enables genlock mode assumes that the genlock is
active at boot/reset time and stays that way.

In any case, if you want to disable video switching, at least for the
normal "color 0" case, simply interfere with the "ZD" or "PIXELSW" pin
on the 23-pin connecter...
