However, I have run into several functions that I am unsure about. Could someone out there who knows Lattice (or Unix) functions please tell me enough about the following functions to write a replacement? getcwd - I assume that this 'gets the current working directory.' chdir - I assume that this changes the current directory. remove - I assume that this deletes a file??? chkabort - This must? be similar to Manx's chk_abort??? system - This should be replaceable with one of the Manx fexec functions. getfn1 - What does this do? strbpl - What does this do? abort - Is thiss the same as exit()? If I need to write a replacement, I will need info on parameters, return values, etc. Thanks, Jim Pritchett UUCP: killer!gtmvax!dms3b1!caleb!jdp
