We are having problems with TCP/IP to/from an Apollo ring and an IBM 4381
running VM/SP (maybe VM/HPO) and TCP/IP.  The problem occurs if the IBM
shuts down (or just shuts down TCP/IP), when it restarts then TCP/IP
nolonger works to/from the Apollo and the IBM, it works to/from each of
these and any of the other TCP/IP systems we have (i.e. IBM to VAX, 
IBM to HP, Apollo to VAX, Apollo to HP etc. etc.), the only way to get
things going again is to restart TCP/IP on the Apollo. Anyone have any
ideas as to what is going on or what we could try to sort this out.
