   There is a shareware icon editor called IconEd, naturally enough. It
has a full graphic interface and allows you the use of all sixteen of
the dithered 640-mode colors. It also allows you to define launching
applications and name, type, and auxtype information. With it, you can
edit both the picture field and the mask field.
   I'd say it's a very good program, though I don't use it much.
   Now if I knew where to send the disk...
