There was a great deal of uploading and downloading over the summer. However, at one time, the libraries had to all be restarted so that the library format could be changed...there was a period of about one to two months in which no uploads were allowed so that testing could be carried out. Also, the forum leaders are NOT responsible for supplying software to the software libraries...the users are.
