No it isn't.

I was talking about the *.ACU archive files.

My ACU program files are where they belong according to the instructions
AppleLink provided for installation on a hard disk.  Generally it agrees
with what you said except that OV20 replaces the one in II.LINK (or
whatever that directory name was), and ACU.SYS16 is in the AppleLink
root directory in place of the dummy program that used to be there.
