Since Jim Shaffer's announced that his end of things is almost ready to
go, I might as well announce mine.

The Internet version of the Atari 8-bit program archives is ready to go.
It lives in Score.Stanford.EDU:PS:<INFO-ATARI.8-BIT>, and can be
accessed via anonymous FTP.  There's a file called -READ-.-ME-; please
read it first for hints about what's where and how to use it.

As things get more organized, I'll be coordinating with Jim to make sure
that everything's available in both archives.
