	I was on Delphi last night and was going to join but got nothing but 
confused...I looked at all the menus and they didn't help my situation very
much. This is what I would like to have help on.. 

	1) I am going to be useing Tymnet .. Is there a monthly charge 
	   for using  Tymnet even if I don't connect to Delphi every month?
	   
	2) Are there any other costs other than the 7.20 per hour during 
	   home time for downloading programs?

	3) How do you get to the Atari SIG, I had 5 analog magazines         
	   in front of me and none of them helped.
