I suspect that Uniterm will be able to fill your needs. (Looking through /etc/termcap, it seems there's one or two discrepancies - the VT52 uses ESC K to clear to end of screen, the 3101 uses ESC I. Home and clear screen sequences are the same, as are cursor motion sequences...) -- / /_ , ,_.
