HELP! I need a program that reads binary image files (.IMG) and
converts them to either Intel Hex format or Motorola S-Record format.

Failing that could some one send me the Intel Hex format so that I
could code up the necessary utility.

I need it in order to convert TOS.IMG to a suitable ASCII file for
the university's EPROM burner.
