We are the authors of SHADOW.  SHADOW at present will not do background
Kermit (something I wish it did do! - mike).  It can, however, perform
all xmodem and y-modem protocols, as well as CompuServe B/B+ Protocol.

The newest version (v1.10) should be released this month sometime.  For more
info, contact your local ANTIC Software distributor.
