I'm having a problem getting a new version of the catalog from THE
STORE!--I used the user agent to order a new version of the catalog,
and none arrived.  When I check /usr/spool/uucp/LOGFILE, I see an
entry for each hour, with the note NO CALL (MAX RECALLS); does anyone
know what this means, and how I can "fix" it?
