The users complain that their dBASE applications are running MUCH slower on the new machine. The sar report indicates that the 400 is totally processor bound while the dBASE apps are running. Disk access does not appear to be a factor. Since the 310 and 400 are basically the same machine, the difference seems to be the OS. Has anyone had a similar problem with 3.1 and dBASE?
