	Help!  Much of the new software will only deARC with the newest 
versions of ARC-type programs.  I tried downloading PK361 and ARCE31C, both 
of which blew up immediately, in one case shuting off main interrupts and
sending me back to the BOOT prompt.  I have heard there is a Rainbow 
suitable version called PKXARC, but haven't found a bulletin board which
has it.  Can someone please give a pointer to a source (BBS, mil-net 
archive, etc.) that -for sure- has a useable program?
