I am certainly not confused. Rather, I was trying to clarify a point of view that is not uncommon but that was getting lost under emotionalism. Ask yourself how you would feel about using a tool whose latest features and bug fixes could not be made available to you over your chosen service. Whether or not you think this is silly, lots of people are going to feel this way. (Why is it that on CompuServe people are so much more polite to each other?
