I doubt they have made enough changes to the program to keep SEA from
attempting to block this program.  NoGate (the authors) still use "ARC"
as a verb, which is one of the major items SEA objects to with PKWARE.
Additionally, it can create .ARC files incompatible with their ".ARC"
defined format.  I suspect they will try something, and calling it PAK10
won't stop them.

However, I wish NoGate well.  SEA deserves what they are facing.
