In the recent posting of Vmusic (VM1088.EXE), Ted Holden tersely describes
the file format as being essentially like the Basic PLAY statement.

Question:  What *IS* the format of the PLAY statement?

I don't use Basic, and don't have any manuals lying around for it.

Any help would be appreciated.
