Last summer they sent a letter asking if we were going to order the upgrade.
If you answered back, you could get it for $50 instead of $75. I answered and
got a postcard acknowledging that I would get the $25 off coupon.

I still have not received the upgrade notice and coupon whereby you actually
order and pay for the upgrade, so we have to be some weeks away from having
it in our hands, even if it is ready to ship today.
