So far the only way to upgrade the LaserJet II to postscript makes it more expensive than buying a $4000 postscript printer in the first place. Furthermore, QMS does this for PCs only because the card goes in a PC. (Another one goes in the printer, I believe) I was ecstatic with my LaserJet II while I was still using a PC, but once I got a Mac, it was a weight around my neck. To finish a consulting job I had to bite the bullet and get a postscript printer. While I eventually sold the LaserJet, I lost quite a bit of money in the end. I know it's hard to justify spending considerably more for a printer than for your computer, but if you want nice output, that's what it amounts to. Shirley Kehr
