Subject: What is Disk error -43  ????

We have a Mac SE with an Apple HD-20.  Lately, I've been getting a disk
error (-43) when I try to save files.  This happens from a number of
different programs and does not seem to follow any pattern.  All of the
data and programs are backed up and I even reformatted the hard-disk.
The problem occurs with the newly formatted hard-disk as often as it
did before the format.  Any suggestions (if its really bad news wait
until after Halloween!).
