Message-ID: <15569@agate.BERKELEY.EDU> Date: 17 Oct 88 03:37:24 GMT Sender: usenet@agate.BERKELEY.EDU Organization: University of California, Berkeley Lines: 10 I don't know why, but a lot of my NEW blank disks will not initialize. I've tried both 400k and 800k formats; neither work. Are there any utilities out there that can seal off just the bad blocks so the entire disk won't be wasted? --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please reply via e-mail; I just don't have enough time to go thru the entire newsgroup.
