recently I saw a neat MIDI/Mac demo (I can't remember the software product)
where the Mac was issuing MIDI commands to a synth.  My question is what
type of interface is involved (I know it's 31.25kbaud) and is it possible
to do this on other systems (which aren't blessed with being Macs)
:-) HP Bobcats and/or uVax IIs and/or IBM RTPCs.
