If I ask for all the footnotes to go at the bottoms of their pages, they are renumbered from 1 on every page. Does anyone know a way to get 1 - n numbering throughout the section or document while having the footnotes appear at the bottoms of their respective pages? I have RTMF, or at least looked up Footnotes in it. But one never knows when there might be some secret way to do something interesting like this. BTW: I am NOT interested in answers like "Fullwrite Pro does this". I am slightly more interested in answsers like "Word 4.0 will do this"; but I'd really like to do it today, not next year.
