The script SuspendState found in MPW v2.0.2 causes a problem if the current
directory is a folder with an apostrophe in its name.

For example, if your program folder is named "WJL's folder", you'll get the
error "MPW Shell -- 's must occur in pairs" after you've finished running your
program and the Shell is executing MPW.SuspendState.
