For the life of me I can't find any reference in the LSC manual for
getting a preprocessor-only output - as would happen with cc -E.  Am I
just missing the reference or is it really true that I just have to
guess what my #...'s are doing?

In the latter case - anyone have the source for a cpp for the mac?
