The NeXT looks like a great machine, but what exactly makes it worth while
for a cs department.  The DSP isn't going to do your typical cs dept.
much good.  And since sun is already has faster machines, how can we
justify getting one... The only buzz-word is CASE (computer aided software
engineering). Does anyone else have any ides on 'Why a NeXT?'
