Yes, some of our customer are experiencing the same problem with the COM-4 interface boards. Engineering is hot on the trail on finding a solution. As of right now they have duplicated the problem and are working on a fix. TOM P.S. It is not advisable to pull the ribbon cables off the COM boards while power is on, it could blow the on-board fuses.
