I'm interested in purchasing this product.  I know it's produced by Radical
Eye Software, but I have no idea what their EMail/US Snail address is.

Some questions:

	+ How much is it going for, lately?  (TeX itself, the fonts, the
					      previewer, and a printer driver)

	+ Is there a printer driver available for a CItoh ProWriter?
		If so, approximately how fast does it print?

	+ What _is_ Radical Eye's address?

	+ Is anybody out there dissatisfied with AmiTeX for one reason or
	  another?
