I'm fairly new (although I have learned a lot in the short time I've been involved), but I think I'm also a potential gate to other posters and need to know as much as possible about the intricacies of netnews as well as mail paths and aliases (for example, one of my users asked if i knew the path to kodak from here and the best i could do was ask him to call the user he wanted to contact and find out that way).
