My latest hack is an attempt to assign default pixmaps to icons for each different client. I have found the iconPixmap resource, but cannot assign anything to it through any of the standard channels because Xtk complains that it doesn't have a converter from string to pixmap. Am I doing this wrong? My guesses are: (1) yes. This is a window manager function because it's a "look-and-feel" issue. Your WM should have some way of doing this. (if so, anyone have an idea as to how to convince Awm to do this?) (2) No. I am doing essentially the right thing but for some reason, the string->pixmap converter never made it into R2. (if so, is there a work-around?) (3) None of the above. (in which case, I assume, this is all some mild form of User Brain Damage. Please diagnose.) Thanks, Elias Israel | "Justice, n.
