Has anyone out there built a Presentation Manager API on top of X or
the X Toolkit?  What about a set of X Toolkit widgets that emulates the
PM look-and-feel?

Does anyone even have plans to do this?  Have you heard of anyone who
has?  Has Microsoft made any statements about this?  Have you ever in
your entire life ever seen so many consecutive sentences ending in
question marks?
