  {I sent this to all known uk addresses on all the gnu mailing lists
   on prep.ai.mit.edu and just to gnu.announce.  All the non-uk
   addresses on info-gnu did not receive the message.

   rms will also be in Paris, France and Amsterdam, the Netherlands,
   though I do not know of any plans for talks in those countries.
