Off course I prefer writing and reading in Japanease, but I know It's
too unkind to non-Japanese (Is there such word?) GNUSers. So, I myself
will try to write in (poor, as you see) English. 

But that's my own rule. 

There should be no (or at least less) restrictions in this mailing-
list. Recommendations are OK. I recommend (and you Umerin had better
to recommend) Japanese GNUSers to think about oversea readers and
write in English or append English comment which include informations 
enough for oversea readers to capture what your theme is.

Because the Japanese paragraphs I insert are translations or digests
of what I write in English, readers who can't read Japanease can
ignore them.  What I expect when I insert Japanese are coreections or
supplements from Japanese readers who understand my opinion in
Japanese.
