| make available the PostScript version of the file (e.g., output of
| dvi2ps).  As the downloading of fonts would then be in the file, it
| would print on any PostScript printer, at least any 300 dpi one.

If someone could make a postscript version of the manual available,
I will copy it to the ftp directory on a.cs.uiuc.edu.  That is, if it
is a reasonable size.
