Thanks to Bob Sutterfield for the postscript version of the elisp manual.
I put the chunks in a.cs.uiuc.edu:~ftp/pub/gnuemacs/elisp/elisp-ps.

I converted the dvi to postscript, compressed it, and cut it into
100,000-byte chunks.  To print it all, say "cat *ps*|zcat|lpr" where
your PRINTER points at something that groks PostScript.
