Version 3.05 was the last version released.  There will be another release
soon.

The bug report for version 3.13 came from someone at MIT, where prerelease
versions are tested by GNU people.

For those of you reading this as a newsgroup, I would like to request that
you refrain from general discussion here and use it only to report bugs in
GNU utilities that do not have their own mailing lists (those other than
Emacs, GCC, G++, GDB, GDB+, and GNUS).

I will answer questions about Make promptly and accurately, and noone has
better information that I since I am the one maintaining the program.
