April 10 - 14, 1989.  Theme: IT Direction for the 90's.	 Organizer:
Hong Kong Computer Society.  Co-organizers: American Federation of
Information Processing Societies, U.S.A. and The Committee on Science
and Technology, Hong Kong Government.  Registration fee: U.S.$260
before February 1, 1989 or U.S.$280 thereafter.

The 5-day conference will cover IT industry directions, research
directions, IT and education, applications development, and IT in the
emerging economies in the 90's.	 A large scale Computer Expo '89 will
be held concurrently.  A MUST for end users of DP applications, DP
professionals and consultants, academic and research staff, managers
and business executives, manufacturers and vendors, and government
officials who desire an up-to-date knowledge of IT development.
