The previously reported downtime for 'amdahl' over the weekend of
October 15-16 has been postponed.  'amdahl' will be down:

        from Friday, October  28th at 5 PM PDT
          to Monday, Octobert 31st at 8 AM PDT

We may be back on the net earlier 8 AM Monday, but the downtime
is scheduled for the entire weekend.
